Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Nightshade Clothing. We understand that occasionally you may want to return an item due to unforeseen circumstances. Returns can only be made up to 30 days of purchase otherwise the return will not be accepted. 

Return Process:

1. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. The wrong item was shipped by mistake.

To request a return/refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will require a description of the issue, along with your order number and original payment information.

If the item is found to be eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
